Grayson Lee Landscape Design is a boutique studio working with homeowners, architects, and developers across South Florida — from intimate courtyards in Coral Gables to estate grounds throughout the Florida Keys.

We're meticulous by nature. Every project goes through as many iterations as it takes until the space feels exactly right — functional, purposeful, and genuinely special. We start with listening, and we don't stop until the result is something you're proud to call yours.

Inquiry & Discovery

We start with a conversation. After an initial call to understand your goals, budget, and vision, we arrange a site visit to see the space firsthand.

Contract & Retainer

Once we're aligned, we formalize the engagement with a contract and retainer so work can begin.

Site Analysis & Early Concept

We study the land — its conditions, opportunities, and constraints — then develop an early concept for planting and hardscape direction.

Concept Development

The concept is refined into a full design with specific materials, plants, and spatial decisions locked in.

Conceptual Design Package

A complete design package is delivered covering all elements of the project, including any additional services such as 3D renderings.

Construction Documents

Full technical drawings, engineer-reviewed and ready for your contractor. Everything they need to build the design exactly as intended.

Construction Oversight

We stay involved through the build to ensure the design intent is carried out correctly on site.
